He is accused of telling the kid that a woman is a woman regardless of her age. He’s been charged with three counts of sexually abusing minor girls while using an interstate commerce facility.
According to reports, he was apprehended by the FBI on Friday. He is suspected of communicating with people claiming to be the parents of the young females using Google Hangouts and the messaging app Kik. He allegedly used the platforms to persuade parents of underage girls to allow him to sexually submissively groom their daughters.
According to the indictment, Griffin allegedly purchased a Vermont ski house in February 2020 and offered to host moms and their minor daughters for “sexual training” purposes.
Prosecutors claim Griffin communicated online with the supposed father of a 14-year-old girl and the mother of a 16-year-old girl between April and June 2020, proposing they begin “sexual training,” according to the indictment.
Griffin allegedly communicated online and over the phone with someone claiming to be the mother of two girls, ages 9 and 13, in June and July, according to the indictment.
Griffin allegedly paid the woman more than $3,000 to fly her and the 9-year-old girl to Boston in July, where prosecutors claim Griffin picked them up from the airport and drove them to the ski lodge “where the child was directed to engage in and did engage in illegal sexual activity,” according to the indictment.
