Career
In the 1990s, Dele Farotimi studied law at Lagos State University (LASU).
Dele Farotimi worked as a lawyer in Nigeria for over 20 years before retiring. He has written numerous articles and columns in support of a better Nigeria.
In preparation for the 2023 general elections, he was appointed as an official spokesperson of the Obi-Datti campaign council in 2022. He belongs to the Citizens’ Rally Against Oppression (RAMINBA).
