Anna Topalov Palmer is married to Australian billionaire and politician Clive Palmer. They got married in 2007. Clive Palmer (born 26 March 1954) owns a number of enterprises in Townsville, including Mineralogy, Waratah Coal, Queensland Nickel, the Palmer Coolum Resort on the Sunshine Coast, Palmer Sea Reef Golf Course in Port Douglas, Palmer Colonial Golf Course in Robina, and Palmer Gold Coast Golf Course in Robina.
